Fall 2012 Registration

Registration will not be accepted without receiving a check by mail. Send Check to Bremen Soccer Association, P.O. Box 326, Bremen, Indiana 46506. Checks need to be post marked by August 18, 2012.

General Information:

Practices days and times are prepared by the coach. Bremen Soccer Association does not schedule practices. Coach
assignments are not determined until after registrations are closed. Games are played on Saturday Mornings with practices during the week.

Players are allowed to move up a division, but are not allowed to move down a division.

You may requested to have siblings placed on the same team. When the siblings fall into separate divisions, the younger of two would be required to move up a division.
Teams are Co-ed.

Fee:
The cost for the Fall 2012 season is $20.00 per child. Bremen Soccer Association is accepting registrations up to Midnight on August 18, 2012. No late registration will be accepted after this date.

Each player will receive a team shirt.

Checks shall be made out to Bremen Soccer Association with the player name in the subject line and mailed to the follow:

Check must be received before child is allowed to play.

Parent agrees to the follow:
WE hereby give approval for our child to participate in any and all activites of Bremen Soccer Association. WE assume all risks and hazards incidental to such particapation. WE waive and agree to hold harmless the Bremen Soccer Association and all of its organizers, supporters, sponsors, coaches, and players from any claim arising from any injury to our child. WE understand that the Bremen Soccer Association carries NO insurance for our child.

WE (parents) agree to provide each child with shin guards.
